SNMG services a five county area with its primary medical centers in Yuba City and Marysville, with a satellite office in Brownsville . We are located 35 miles directly North of Sacramento and approximately two hours from the Bay Area. Chico is an additional hour to the North.

It allows a physician to work in an integrated health group and choose to live either in a rural community or in the more metropolitan area of Yuba City-Marysville. Northern California offers proximity to outdoor activities such as: cross- country skiing, hiking, boating, fishing, etc. The lights and excitement of San Francisco are only 2-3 hours away; world class skiing at Tahoe is 2-3 hours away; and the cultural activities in Sacramento are less than an hour away. Northern California is a perfect place to practice with its large patient base, an unfulfilled medical need, no managed care hassles, and a medical group dedicated to physician success and patient satisfaction.
