    Urgent Care Services

At Sutter, we understand that accidents and illnesses don’t keep office hours. We also know that when you need to see a doctor, busy emergency rooms designed for trauma and critically ill patients are a less-than-ideal choice. Our Urgent Care Centers provide a right-fit alternative when you or a loved one needs a doctor’s care, offering a middle ground between emergency room visits and waiting until your doctor’s office opens.

Urgent Care Centers offer convenient acute care to Sutter patients, insured patients whose doctors are affiliated with other systems, and uninsured patients who wish to pay for services with cash, check or credit/debit cards. Each center offers licensed medical coverage, with one or more physicians and registered nurses available to provide care. In addition, the staff has access to our emergency room doctors and our network of specialists, should you need more advanced care.

Care is provided on a walk-in basis and patients are seen according to the level of urgency, as determined by the triage nurse. Wait times are typically much shorter than emergency room visits and you can be assured of receiving Sutter Health’s quality of care.
